EVERYDAY is an artistic journey that brings together the works of the painter Cecilia Caporlingua, located in 8 spaces in the city of Gubbio.
Every day, in the historical spaces of Gubbio, a daily ritual is repeated: studying a fashionable hairstyle, kneading bread, sharpening knives, trying on elegant hats, and so on. A ritual that the artist brings to light by focusing on an often insignificant detail – a hand, a seashell, a flower, a pinecone – to draw our attention as distracted visitors to the poetic essence of things. The intimate and mysterious dimension of these works makes them capable of activating the genius loci of places of work and life, places where time not only flows but inhabits and builds an atmosphere.
